STEP 1 Consultation & Inquiry

It's perfectly fine if you don't have a firm idea yet or if this is your first time ordering.
Our staff will carefully listen to your needs.

Having photos, sketches, or reference images ready will allow us to provide more specific suggestions smoothly.
Even a rough idea, such as "I'd like an image like this" or "I want to match the artist's aesthetic," is perfectly fine!

STEP 2 Hearing & Proposal
Based on your desired image, concept, and recipient information, we will propose a design plan and quote.
We can also create completely original designs based on your photos or sketches.
We will work with you to finalize every detail, from flower types and colors to balloons and panel designs.

STEP 3 Production
Based on your order details, our dedicated florists will put their heart and soul into creating your arrangement.
We will craft it with care down to the smallest detail to ensure it meets your vision.

STEP 4 Delivery & Setup
Our staff will personally deliver the arrangement to your specified date, time, and venue, and handle the setup.
We will also send you photos of the finished setup.

STEP 5 Removal
Our staff will take responsibility for collecting the stand after the event.
