STEP 1: Consultation & Inquiry

Our staff will be happy to guide you through a thorough consultation.

Providing photos, sketches, or reference images will help us offer more concrete suggestions smoothly.
Even rough ideas like "I want this kind of look" or "I want to match the aesthetic of this artist" are perfectly fine!

STEP 2: Hearing & Proposal
Based on your desired imagery, concepts, and information about the recipient, we will propose a design plan and estimate.
We also provide fully original designs based on your photos or sketches.
We will work with you to finalize every detail, including flower types, colors, balloons, and panel designs.

STEP 3: Production Begins
Based on your order, a dedicated florist will craft your arrangement with the utmost care.
We will work meticulously to ensure the final result matches your vision.

STEP 4: Delivery & Setup
Our staff will deliver the arrangement directly to the designated venue and handle the setup.
We will also send you a photo once the setup is complete.

STEP 5: Collection
Our shop staff will take responsibility for collecting the stand.
