STEP 1 Consultation & Inquiry

It is perfectly fine if you don't have a firm image yet or if this is your first time ordering.
Our staff will be happy to guide you through the process.

Providing photos, sketches, or reference images will allow us to offer more specific proposals smoothly.
Even a rough idea, such as "I want an image like this" or "I want to match the artist's aesthetic," is perfectly fine!

STEP 2 Hearing & Proposal
Based on your desired image, concept, and information about the recipient, we will propose a design plan and estimate.
We can create completely original designs based on your photos or sketches.
We will work with you to finalize every detail, including flower types, colors, balloons, and panel designs.

STEP 3 Production
Based on your order details, a dedicated florist will craft your arrangement with the utmost care.
We pay meticulous attention to detail to ensure the final result matches your vision.

STEP 4 Delivery & Setup
Our staff will deliver the arrangement directly to your specified date, time, and venue, and will handle the setup.
We will also send you a photo of the completed setup.

STEP 5 Removal
Our staff will take responsibility for the removal of the arrangement.
