STEP 1: Consultation & Inquiry
Start by reaching out to us via our official LINE account.
Even if you don't have a clear image yet or are a first-time customer, don't worry.
Our staff will guide you through a thorough consultation.

Providing photos, sketches, or reference images will help us offer more specific suggestions smoothly.
Even a rough idea, like "I'd like an image like this" or "I want it to match this artist's aesthetic," is perfectly fine!

STEP 2: Hearing & Proposal
Based on your desired image, concept, and information about the recipient, we will propose a design plan and estimate.
We can also create completely original designs based on your photos or sketches.
We will work with you to finalize every detail, from flower types and colors to balloon and panel designs.

STEP 3: Production
Based on your order, a dedicated florist will craft your arrangement with the utmost care.
We pay meticulous attention to detail to ensure the final result matches your vision.

STEP 4: Delivery & Setup
Our staff will deliver your arrangement directly to the specified venue and handle the setup.
We will also send you a photo of the arrangement once it has been installed.

STEP 5: Collection
Our staff will take responsibility for collecting the stand after the event.
