STEP 1　Consultation & Inquiry

It's perfectly fine if your vision isn't fully formed or if this is your first time ordering.
Our staff will be happy to guide you through the process.

Providing photos, sketches, or reference images will allow us to offer more specific proposals smoothly.
General ideas like "I want this kind of vibe" or "I want to match the aesthetic of this artist" are also welcome!

STEP 2　Consultation & Proposal
Based on your desired image, concept, and details about the recipient, we will provide a design proposal and an estimate.
We can also create completely original designs based on your photos or sketches.
We will work closely with you to finalize every detail, from flower types and colors to balloons and panel designs.

STEP 3　Production
Once your order is confirmed, our dedicated florists will create your arrangement with the utmost care.
We craft every detail meticulously to ensure the final result matches your vision.

STEP 4　Delivery & Setup
Our staff will deliver the arrangement directly to the specified venue and handle the setup.
We will also send you a photo of the completed setup.
STEP 5　Collection
Our shop staff will handle the collection of the stand responsibly.
