STEP 1: Consultation & Inquiry

It is perfectly fine if you don't have a clear image yet or if this is your first time ordering.
Our dedicated staff will be happy to guide you through the process.

Providing photos, sketches, or reference images will allow us to offer more specific proposals smoothly.
Even rough ideas like "something with this vibe" or "I want to match the aesthetic of this artist" are welcome!

STEP 2: Hearing & Proposal
Based on your desired image, concept, and information about the recipient, we will propose a design plan and estimate.
We can create completely original designs based on your photos or sketches.
We will work closely with you to finalize every detail, including flower selection, colors, balloons, and panel designs.

STEP 3: Production Begins
Based on your order details, a dedicated florist will craft your arrangement with care.
We take great care in every detail to ensure the final result matches your vision.

STEP 4: Delivery & Setup
Our staff will deliver the arrangement directly to the specified venue and date, and handle the setup.
We will also send you photos once the setup is complete.

STEP 5: Collection
Our staff will take responsibility for the collection of the stand.
