STEP 1: Consultation & Inquiry
Please feel free to contact us first via our Official LINE.
It's perfectly fine if you don't have a solid idea yet or if this is your first time ordering.
Our staff will carefully listen to your needs.

Providing photos, sketches, or reference images will allow us to offer more specific proposals smoothly.
Even rough ideas like "I want this kind of vibe" or "I want it to match this artist's aesthetic" are perfectly fine!

STEP 2: Consultation & Proposal
Based on your desired image, concept, and information about the recipient, we will propose a design plan and estimate.
We can also create fully original designs based on your photos or sketches.
We will work with you to finalize every detail, from the types of flowers and colors to balloons and panel designs.

STEP 3: Production
Based on your order, a dedicated florist will craft your arrangement with care.
We will work meticulously to ensure the final result matches your vision.

STEP 4: Delivery & Setup
Our staff will personally deliver the arrangement to the specified venue at the designated time and handle the setup.
We will also send you a photo of the completed setup.

STEP 5: Collection
Our staff will handle the collection responsibly.
