STEP 1 Consultation & Inquiry

It's perfectly fine if you don't have a solid idea yet or if this is your first time ordering.
Our staff will carefully listen to your needs.

Having photos, sketches, or reference images ready will help us provide concrete proposals more smoothly.
Even a rough idea, like "I want this kind of image" or "I want it to match the aesthetic of this artist," is totally fine!

STEP 2 Hearing & Proposal
Based on your desired image, concept, and information about the recipient, we will propose a design plan and estimate.
We can also create fully original designs based on your photos and sketches.
We will work with you to refine every detail, from the flower types and colors to balloons and panel designs.

STEP 3 Production
Based on your order details, our dedicated florists will put their hearts into creating your arrangement.
We will craft every detail with care to ensure the result matches your vision perfectly.

STEP 4 Delivery & Installation
Our staff will deliver the arrangement directly to your specified date, time, and venue and handle the installation.
We will also send you a photo once the setup is complete.

STEP 5 Collection
Our staff will take responsibility for collecting the stand after the event.
