STEP 1: Consultation & Inquiry
Please feel free to contact us via our Official LINE first.
It's perfectly fine if you don't have a solid image yet or if this is your first time ordering.
Our staff will carefully listen to your needs.

Having photos, sketches, or reference images ready will allow us to provide specific suggestions more smoothly.
General ideas like "this kind of image" or "I want to match the artist's aesthetic" are also OK!

STEP 2: Hearing & Proposal
Based on your desired image, concept, and information about the recipient, we will propose a design plan and estimate.
We also accommodate fully original designs based on photos or sketches.
We will work closely with you to finalize every detail, from flower types and colors to balloon and panel designs.

STEP 3: Production Begins
Based on your order details, a dedicated florist will put their heart into crafting your arrangement.
We will create it with meticulous attention to detail to ensure it matches your vision perfectly.

STEP 4: Delivery & Setup
Our staff will personally deliver the arrangement to your specified date, time, and venue, and handle the setup.
We will also send you photos once it has been set up.

STEP 5: Collection
Our store staff will responsibly handle the collection of the stand.
