STEP 1 Consultation & Inquiry
Please feel free to contact us first via our official LINE account.
It is perfectly fine if you don't have a concrete image or if it is your first time.
Our dedicated staff will carefully listen to your needs.

Having photos, sketches, or reference images ready will allow for a smoother and more specific proposal.
Even a rough idea, such as "I want an image like this" or "I want to match the aesthetic of this artist," is perfectly fine!

STEP 2 Hearing & Proposal
Based on your desired image, concept, and information about the recipient, we will propose a design plan and an estimate.
We can also handle completely original designs based on your photos or sketches.
We will work closely with you to finalize every detail, including flower types, colors, balloons, and panel designs.

STEP 3 Production
Based on your order, a dedicated florist will craft your arrangement with care.
We will meticulously create every detail to ensure the final result matches your vision.

STEP 4 Delivery & Installation
Our staff will deliver the arrangement directly to the specified venue at the requested time and handle the installation.
We will also send you a photo after installation.

STEP 5 Removal
Our staff will take responsibility for the collection of the stand.
