STEP 1: Consultation & Inquiry

Having photos, sketches, or reference images ready will allow us to make specific proposals more smoothly.
Vague requests like "I'm looking for this kind of vibe" or "I want to match the artist's aesthetic" are perfectly fine!

STEP 2: Hearing & Proposal
Based on your desired image, concept, and information about the recipient, we will propose a design concept and estimate.
We also provide fully original designs based on your photos or sketches.
We will work closely with you to finalize every detail, from flower types and colors to balloon and panel designs.

STEP 3: Production Begins
Based on your order details, our dedicated florists will create your arrangement with the utmost care.
We will work meticulously to ensure the final product matches your vision perfectly.

STEP 4: Delivery & Installation
Our staff will personally deliver and install the arrangement at your specified date, time, and venue.
We will also send you a photo once the setup is complete.

STEP 5: Removal
Our staff will handle the collection of the stands responsibly.
