STEP 1: Consultation & Inquiry
Please feel free to reach out to us via our Official LINE.
It is perfectly fine if you don't have a clear image yet or if this is your first time ordering.
Our staff will be happy to guide you through the process.

Having photos, sketches, or reference images ready will allow us to provide a more smooth and concrete proposal.
Even rough ideas like "I'd like an image like this" or "I want to match the aesthetic of this artist" are perfectly fine!

STEP 2: Hearing & Proposal
Based on your desired image, concept, and details about the recipient, we will propose a design and an estimate.
We can also create completely original designs based on your photos or sketches.
We will work with you to refine every detail, including flower types, colors, balloons, and panel designs.

STEP 3: Production Begins
Based on your order details, a dedicated florist will craft your arrangement with care.
We will work meticulously to ensure the final result matches your vision.

STEP 4: Delivery & Setup
Our staff will personally deliver the arrangement to the specified venue and handle the setup.
We will also send you a photo after the setup is complete.

STEP 5: Collection
Our staff will take responsibility for collecting the stand.
