STEP 1: Consultation & Inquiry
Please feel free to contact us first via our Official LINE.
It is perfectly fine if you don't have a clear idea yet or if this is your first time ordering.
Our staff will be happy to guide you through the process.

Providing photos, sketches, or reference images will allow us to offer more specific proposals smoothly.
Even a rough idea, such as "I'd like this kind of image" or "I want to match the artist's aesthetic," is perfectly acceptable!

STEP 2: Consultation & Proposal
Based on your desired image, concept, and information about the recipient, we will propose a design concept and estimate.
We can also create fully original designs based on photos or sketches.
We will work with you to finalize every detail, including flower types, colors, balloons, and panel designs.

STEP 3: Production Begins
Based on your order, our dedicated florists will create your arrangement with the utmost care.
We will craft every detail with precision to ensure the final result matches your vision.

STEP 4: Delivery & Setup
Our staff will personally deliver the arrangement to the specified venue and date, and take care of the setup.
We will also send you photos once it has been installed.
STEP 5: Collection
Our staff will responsibly collect the stand after the event.
