STEP 1: Consultation & Inquiry
First, please feel free to contact us via our official LINE.
It's perfectly fine if you don't have a clear image yet or if this is your first time ordering.
Our staff will be happy to guide you through the process.

Having photos, sketches, or reference images ready will allow us to provide more specific suggestions smoothly.
Even a rough idea, such as "I want an image like this" or "I want to match the aesthetic of this artist," is great!

STEP 2: Hearing & Proposal
Based on your desired image, concept, and information about the recipient, we will propose a design and an estimate.
We can also create completely original designs based on photos or sketches.
We will work closely with you to finalize every detail, including flower selection, colors, balloons, and panel designs.

STEP 3: Production Begins
Based on your order details, a dedicated florist will craft your arrangement with care.
We will pay close attention to every detail to ensure the final result matches your vision.

STEP 4: Delivery & Setup
Our staff will deliver the arrangement directly to the specified venue and handle the setup.
We will also send you photos after the setup is complete.
STEP 5: Collection
Our staff will handle the collection responsibly.
