STEP 1: Consultation & Inquiry

It is perfectly fine if your vision isn't fully formed or if this is your first time ordering.
Our staff will guide you through the process with a detailed consultation.

Providing photos, sketches, or reference images will allow us to offer more concrete suggestions smoothly.
Even rough ideas like "this kind of image" or "I want to match the artist's aesthetic" are perfectly fine!

STEP 2: Consultation & Proposal
Based on your desired image, concept, and information about the recipient, we will propose a design and provide an estimate.
We can also create completely original designs based on your photos or sketches.
We will work with you to finalize every detail, including flower types, colors, balloons, and panel designs.

STEP 3: Production Begins
Based on your order details, a dedicated florist will craft your arrangement with the utmost care.
We pay meticulous attention to detail to ensure the final result matches your vision.

STEP 4: Delivery & Setup
Our staff will deliver the arrangement directly to the specified venue at the scheduled time and handle the setup.
We will also send you a photo after the setup is complete.

STEP 5: Collection
Our staff will take responsibility for collecting the stand.
