[Order Process]
STEP 1 Consultation & Inquiry
Please feel free to contact us first via our official LINE.
It is perfectly fine if you don't have a firm idea yet or if it is your first time ordering.
Our staff will carefully guide you through the process.

It will be smoother if you can provide photos, sketches, or reference images, allowing us to make concrete proposals.
Even rough ideas like "I want this kind of image" or "I want to match the artist's world view" are OK!

STEP 2 Hearing & Proposal
Based on your desired image, concept, and information about the recipient, we will propose a design plan and estimate.
We can also create completely original designs based on photos or sketches.
We will work with you to finalize every detail, from flower types and colors to balloons and panel designs.

STEP 3 Production
Based on your order, a dedicated florist will craft your arrangement with care.
We will craft it down to the smallest detail to ensure it turns out just as you imagined.

STEP 4 Delivery & Setup
Our staff will personally deliver the arrangement to your specified venue at the requested time and handle the setup.
We will also send you photos after the setup is complete.

STEP 5 Removal
Our staff will handle the collection responsibly.
