It is perfectly fine if you don't have a clear image yet or if this is your first time ordering.
Our staff will carefully listen to your needs.

Providing photos, sketches, or reference images will allow us to offer more specific and smooth proposals.
Even a rough idea like "this kind of image" or "I want to match the artist's aesthetic" is completely fine!

STEP 2: Consultation and Proposal
Based on your desired image, concept, and information about the recipient, we will propose a design and provide an estimate.
We can accommodate fully original designs based on photos or sketches.
We will work closely with you to finalize every detail, including flower types, colors, balloons, and panel designs.

STEP 3: Production Begins
Based on your order details, our dedicated florist will create your arrangement with the utmost care.
We will craft every detail meticulously to ensure the finished product matches your vision.

STEP 4: Delivery and Installation
Our staff will personally deliver and set up the arrangement at your specified date, time, and venue.
We will also send you photos after installation.

STEP 5: Collection
Our shop staff will take responsibility for collecting the stand.
