STEP 1　Consultation & Inquiry

Don't worry if your ideas aren't fully formed or if this is your first time ordering.
Our staff will carefully guide you through the process.

Having photos, sketches, or reference images ready will allow us to provide specific proposals more smoothly.
Even a rough idea like "this kind of vibe" or "I want to match the artist's aesthetic" is perfectly fine!

STEP 2　Consultation & Proposal
Based on your desired image, concept, and information about the recipient, we will provide a design proposal and an estimate.
We can accommodate fully original designs based on your photos or sketches.
We will work with you to finalize every detail, from flower types and colors to balloons and panel designs.

STEP 3　Production
Based on your order details, our dedicated florist will create your arrangement with the utmost care.
We craft every detail meticulously to ensure the finished product matches your vision.

STEP 4　Delivery & Setup
Our staff will deliver the arrangement directly to the specified venue and handle the setup.
We will also send you a photo once the installation is complete.

STEP 5　Collection
Our staff will take responsibility for collecting the stand.
