STEP 1: Consultation & Inquiry

It's perfectly fine if your vision isn't set yet or if this is your first time ordering.
Our dedicated staff will be happy to guide you through the process.

Having photos, sketches, or reference images ready will allow us to provide more specific proposals smoothly.
Even rough ideas like "this kind of image" or "I want to match the artist's aesthetic" are welcome!

STEP 2: Consultation & Proposal
Based on your desired image, concept, and details about the recipient, we will propose a design plan and estimate.
We can also create completely original designs based on your photos or sketches.
We will work with you to finalize every detail, including flower types, colors, balloons, and panel designs.

STEP 3: Production Begins
Based on your order details, our dedicated florist will put their heart into crafting your arrangement.
We will craft it with the utmost care to ensure the final result matches your vision.

STEP 4: Delivery & Setup
Our staff will deliver the arrangement directly to the specified venue at the requested time and handle the setup.
We will also send you a photo of the completed setup.
STEP 5: Collection
Our staff will handle the collection of the stand responsibly.
