STEP 1: Consultation & Inquiry
Please feel free to reach out to us via our official LINE account.
Don't worry if you don't have a clear idea yet or if it's your first time ordering.
Our staff will guide you through the process.

Providing photos, sketches, or reference images will help us offer more specific suggestions.
Even rough ideas like "this kind of image" or "I want to match the aesthetic of this artist" are perfectly fine!

STEP 2: Hearing & Proposal
Based on your desired image, concept, and details about the recipient, we will propose a design plan and an estimate.
We can also create completely original designs based on your photos or sketches.
We will work with you to finalize every detail, including flower types, colors, balloons, and panel designs.

STEP 3: Production Begins
Based on your order details, a dedicated florist will craft your arrangement with care.
We will work meticulously to ensure the final product matches your vision.

STEP 4: Delivery & Setup
Our staff will deliver the arrangement directly to the specified date, time, and venue, and handle the setup.
We will also send you a photo after the installation is complete.

STEP 5: Collection
Our shop staff will take responsibility for the collection of the stand.
