Having photos, sketches, or reference images ready will allow for a smoother and more concrete proposal. Even a rough idea like "this kind of vibe" or "matching the world of this artist" is perfectly fine!

STEP 2: Hearing & Proposal
Based on your desired image, concept, and details about the recipient, we will propose a design plan and estimate.
We can also create completely original designs based on your photos or sketches.
We will work with you to finalize every detail, including flower types, colors, balloons, and panel designs.

STEP 3: Production
Based on your order details, our dedicated florists will craft your arrangement with care.
We pay meticulous attention to detail to ensure the final result matches your vision.

STEP 4: Delivery & Setup
Our staff will deliver your arrangement directly to the specified date, time, and venue, and handle the setup.
We will also send you photos once the setup is complete.

STEP 5: Collection
Our shop staff will handle the collection responsibly.
