STEP 1 Consultation & Inquiry

Don't worry if you don't have a concrete image yet or if this is your first time ordering.
Our staff will carefully listen to your needs.

Providing photos, sketches, or reference images will allow us to offer more specific proposals smoothly.
Even rough ideas like "I want this kind of look" or "I want to match the aesthetic of this artist" are perfectly fine!

STEP 2 Hearing & Proposal
Based on your desired image, concept, and information about the recipient, we will propose a design concept and estimate.
We can also handle completely original designs based on your photos or sketches.
We will work with you to finalize every detail, including flower types, colors, balloons, and panel designs.

STEP 3 Production
Based on your order, our dedicated florists will craft your arrangement with care.
We pay meticulous attention to every detail to ensure the final result matches your vision.

STEP 4 Delivery & Installation
Our staff will personally deliver the arrangement to your specified venue on the scheduled date and time and handle the installation.
We will also send you photos of the finished setup.

STEP 5 Collection
Our staff will take responsibility for collecting the stand after the event.
