STEP 1: Consultation & Inquiry
Please feel free to contact us first via our official LINE account.
It is perfectly fine if you don't have a clear image yet or if this is your first time ordering.
Our staff will carefully listen to your needs.

Having photos, sketches, or reference images ready will allow us to make specific proposals more smoothly.
Vague ideas such as "I want an image like this" or "I want it to match this artist's worldview" are also welcome!

STEP 2: Consultation & Proposal
Based on your desired image, concept, and information about the recipient, we will propose a design plan and quote.
We also provide fully original designs based on your photos or sketches.
We will work with you to finalize every detail, from flower types and colors to balloons and panel designs.

STEP 3: Production Begins
Based on your order, a dedicated florist will craft your arrangement with care.
We pay meticulous attention to detail to ensure the finished product matches your vision.

STEP 4: Delivery & Installation
Our staff will deliver the arrangement directly to the specified date, time, and venue, and handle the setup.
We will also send you a photo after installation.

STEP 5: Removal
Our staff will handle the removal responsibly.
