STEP 1: Consultation & Inquiry

It is perfectly fine if you don't have a clear image yet or if this is your first time ordering.
Our staff will carefully listen to your needs.

Providing photos, sketches, or reference images will allow for smoother and more concrete proposals.
Even rough ideas like "a look like this" or "I want to match the artist's aesthetic" are welcome!

STEP 2: Consultation & Proposal
Based on your desired image, concept, and information about the recipient, we will propose a design plan and an estimate.
We can also create completely original designs based on your photos or sketches.
We will work closely with you to finalize every detail, including flower types, colors, balloons, and panel designs.

STEP 3: Production Begins
Based on your order details, our dedicated florists will put their heart and soul into creating your arrangement.
We work with meticulous attention to detail to ensure the finished product matches your vision.

STEP 4: Delivery & Installation
Our staff will deliver the flowers directly to the specified venue at the requested time and handle the setup.
We will also send you a photo after installation is complete.

STEP 5: Collection
Our staff will take responsibility for collecting the stand.
