It is perfectly fine if you don't have a clear image yet or if this is your first time ordering.
Our staff will be happy to guide you through the process.

Providing photos, sketches, or reference images will allow us to make specific suggestions more smoothly.
Even a rough idea, such as "a concept like this" or "I want to match the artist's aesthetic," is perfectly acceptable!

STEP 2: Hearing & Proposals
Based on your desired image, concept, and recipient information, we will propose a design plan and estimate.
We can also create completely original designs based on your photos and sketches.
We will work closely with you on every detail, from the choice of flowers and colors to balloons and panel designs.

STEP 3: Production
Based on your order, a dedicated florist will craft your arrangement with the utmost care.
We will pay careful attention to every detail to ensure the final result matches your vision.

STEP 4: Delivery & Setup
Our staff will personally deliver the arrangement to your specified venue and handle the setup.
We will also send you a photo of the completed setup.

STEP 5: Collection
Our staff will handle the collection of the stand with full responsibility.
