STEP 1 Consultation & Inquiry

It is perfectly fine if you don't have a clear image yet or if this is your first time ordering.
Our staff will carefully guide you through the process.

Having photos, sketches, or reference images ready will help us provide a more specific proposal smoothly.
Even a rough idea like "I want this kind of vibe" or "I want it to match the artist's aesthetic" is perfectly fine!

STEP 2 Hearing & Proposal
Based on your desired image, concept, and information about the recipient, we will propose a design plan and estimate.
We can also create completely original designs based on photos or sketches.
We will work closely with you to finalize every detail, from the types of flowers and colors to balloon and panel designs.

STEP 3 Production
Based on your order, our dedicated florists will create your arrangement with the utmost care.
We will craft every detail meticulously to ensure the final result matches your vision.

STEP 4 Delivery & Setup
Our staff will personally deliver the arrangement to your specified venue at the scheduled time and handle the setup.
We will also send you a photo after the setup is complete.

STEP 5 Collection
Our shop staff will take responsibility for the collection.
