STEP 1: Consultation & Inquiry

It is perfectly fine if you don't have a solid plan yet or are unsure about how it works for the first time.
Our staff will carefully listen to your needs.

Having photos, sketches, or reference images ready will help us make more specific and smooth proposals.
Even rough ideas like "I want this kind of image" or "I want to match the artist's aesthetic" are welcome!

STEP 2: Consultation & Proposal
Based on your desired image, concept, and information about the recipient, we will propose a design plan and an estimate.
We also provide fully original designs based on photos or sketches.
We will work closely with you to finalize every detail, from flower types and colors to balloons and panel designs.

STEP 3: Production Begins
Based on your order details, a dedicated florist will craft your arrangement with care.
We will pay close attention to every detail to ensure the finished result matches your vision.

STEP 4: Delivery & Installation
Our staff will deliver the arrangement directly to your specified date, time, and venue, and handle the installation.
We will also send you photos after the installation is complete.

STEP 5: Collection
Our staff will take responsibility for collecting the stand.
