[Order Process]
STEP 1　Consultation & Inquiry
Please feel free to contact us via our Official LINE.
It is perfectly fine if you do not have a firm image yet or if this is your first time ordering.
Our staff will carefully listen to your needs.

Having photos, sketches, or reference images prepared will allow us to provide a concrete proposal more smoothly.
Even a rough idea such as "I want this kind of look" or "I want to match the aesthetic of this artist" is fine!

STEP 2　Consultation & Proposal
Based on your desired image, concept, and information about the recipient, we will propose a design plan and an estimate.
We can also create completely original designs based on photos or sketches.
We will work with you to finalize every detail, from flower types and colors to balloons and panel designs.

STEP 3　Production Begins
Based on your order details, a dedicated florist will create your arrangement with the utmost care.
We craft every detail meticulously to ensure the final result matches your vision.

STEP 4　Delivery & Installation
Our staff will deliver your order directly to the specified date, time, and venue, and handle the installation.
We will also send you photos after the installation is complete.
