STEP 1: Consultation & Inquiry
Please feel free to contact us first via our Official LINE.
It is perfectly fine if you don't have a concrete image yet or are unsure as it is your first time.
Our staff will carefully listen to your needs.

Having photos, sketches, or reference images ready will allow us to provide a more smooth and concrete proposal.
Even rough ideas like "I'd like an image like this" or "I want it to match this artist's worldview" are welcome!

STEP 2: Consultation & Proposal
Based on your desired image, concept, and recipient information, we will propose a design plan and an estimate.
We also support fully original designs based on photos or sketches.
We will work with you to finalize every detail, including flower types, colors, balloons, and panel designs.

STEP 3: Production Begins
Based on your order details, our dedicated florists will create your arrangement with the utmost care.
We craft every detail carefully to ensure the finished product matches your vision.

STEP 4: Delivery & Setup
Our staff will deliver the arrangement directly to the specified venue at the scheduled date and time, and handle the setup.
We will also send you photos of the completed setup.

STEP 5: Collection
Our shop staff will take responsibility for collecting the stand.
