STEP 1　Consultation & Inquiry

It is perfectly fine if you don't have a clear image yet or if this is your first time ordering.
Our staff will carefully guide you through the process.

Having photos, sketches, or reference images ready will allow us to provide more concrete suggestions smoothly.
Even rough ideas like "something like this" or "I want to match the artist's aesthetic" are perfectly fine!

STEP 2　Hearing & Proposal
Based on your desired image, concept, and information about the recipient, we will propose a design concept and estimate.
We also provide fully original designs based on your photos or sketches.
We will work with you to finalize every detail, including flower types, colors, balloons, and panel designs.

STEP 3　Production Begins
Based on your order details, our dedicated florists will craft your arrangement with care.
We will work meticulously on every detail to ensure the final result matches your vision.

STEP 4　Delivery & Installation
Our staff will deliver your arrangement directly to the specified date, time, and venue and handle the installation.
We will also send you photos after installation is complete.

STEP 5　Collection
Our shop staff will take responsibility for collecting the stand.
