STEP 1 Consultation & Inquiry
Please feel free to contact us first via our Official LINE.
It's perfectly fine if you don't have a clear image yet or if this is your first time ordering.
Our dedicated staff will guide you through the process.

Having photos, sketches, or reference images ready will allow for smoother and more specific proposals.
Even rough ideas like "I want this kind of look" or "I want to match this artist's aesthetic" are welcome!

STEP 2 Hearing & Proposal
Based on your desired image, concept, and information about the recipient, we will propose a design plan and estimate.
We also handle completely original designs based on your photos or sketches.
We will work with you to finalize every detail, including flower types, colors, balloons, and panel designs.

STEP 3 Production
Based on your order details, a dedicated florist will create your arrangement with the utmost care.
We will craft it meticulously to ensure the final result matches your vision.

STEP 4 Delivery & Setup
Our staff will personally deliver the arrangement to your specified date, time, and venue, and handle the setup.
We will also send you a photo once it has been set up.

STEP 5 Collection
Our shop staff will take responsibility for the collection.
