STEP 1 Consultation & Inquiry

It is perfectly fine if you don't have a clear image yet or if this is your first time ordering.
Our staff will be happy to assist you with a thorough consultation.

Providing photos, sketches, or reference images will allow us to offer more specific proposals smoothly.
Even rough ideas like "I want this kind of look" or "I want to match the artist's world view" are great!

STEP 2 Hearing & Proposal
Based on your desired image, concept, and recipient information, we will propose a design plan and estimate.
We can accommodate fully original designs based on your photos or sketches.
We will work with you to finalize every detail, from flower types and colors to balloons and panel designs.

STEP 3 Production
Based on your order, our dedicated florists will craft your arrangement with care.
We pay meticulous attention to detail to ensure the final result matches your vision.

STEP 4 Delivery & Installation
Our staff will deliver the arrangement directly to your specified date, time, and venue, and handle the setup.
We will also send you photos after installation.

STEP 5 Removal
Our shop staff will take responsibility for the removal.
