STEP 1: Consultation & Inquiry

It is perfectly fine if you don't have a clear image yet or are new to this process.
Our staff will carefully listen to your needs.

Providing photos, sketches, or reference images will allow for smoother and more specific proposals.
Even a rough idea, such as "I want an image like this" or "I want to match the aesthetic of this artist," is welcome!

STEP 2: Hearing & Proposal
Based on your desired image, concept, and information about the recipient, we will propose a design and provide an estimate.
We can also create completely original designs based on your photos or sketches.
We will work closely with you to finalize every detail, including flower types, colors, balloons, and panel designs.

STEP 3: Production Begins
Based on your order details, our dedicated florists will create your arrangement with the utmost care.
We pay meticulous attention to detail to ensure the final result matches your vision.

STEP 4: Delivery & Installation
Our staff will deliver the arrangement directly to the specified venue at the scheduled time and handle the installation.
We will also send you a photo of the completed setup.

STEP 5: Collection
Our staff will handle the collection responsibly.
