STEP 1: Consultation & Inquiry
Please feel free to contact us via our official LINE account.
It is perfectly fine if you don’t have a concrete vision yet or if this is your first time ordering.
Our staff will guide you through the process carefully.

It helps if you have photos, sketches, or reference images ready, as this allows us to provide more concrete proposals smoothly.
Even a rough idea like "I want this kind of feel" or "I want to match the artist's aesthetic" is completely fine!

STEP 2: Consultation & Proposal
Based on your desired image, concept, and information about the recipient, we will propose a design plan and estimate.
We can also create completely original designs based on your photos or sketches.
We will work with you to finalize every detail, including flower types, colors, balloons, and panel designs.

STEP 3: Production Begins
Based on your order, our dedicated florists will create your arrangement with the utmost care.
We pay close attention to every detail to ensure the final product matches your vision.

STEP 4: Delivery & Installation
Our staff will deliver the arrangement directly to the specified date and venue, and will handle the installation.
We will also send you a photo of the arrangement after it has been set up.

STEP 5: Collection
