[Order Process]
STEP 1: Consultation & Inquiry
Please feel free to reach out to us first via our official LINE account.
Don't worry if you don't have a concrete image in mind or if this is your first time ordering.
Our staff will be happy to guide you through the process.

Providing photos, sketches, or reference images will help us offer more concrete suggestions smoothly.
Even a rough idea, such as "I'd like this kind of feel" or "I want to match the artist's aesthetic," is perfectly fine!

STEP 2: Hearing & Proposal
Based on your desired image, concept, and information about the recipient, we will propose a design plan and an estimate.
We can also create completely original designs based on your photos or sketches.
We will work with you to finalize every detail, from flower types and colors to balloon and panel designs.

STEP 3: Production Begins
Based on your order, our dedicated florist will create your arrangement with the utmost care.
We will craft every detail carefully to ensure the finished product matches your vision.

STEP 4: Delivery & Setup
Our staff will personally deliver the arrangement to your specified location at the designated time and handle the setup.
We will also send you a photo of the completed setup.
