STEP 1: Consultation & Inquiry
Please feel free to contact us first via our Official LINE.
It is perfectly fine if you don't have a clear image yet or if it's your first time ordering.
Our staff will carefully listen to your needs.

Providing photos, sketches, or reference images will help us make more specific and smooth proposals.
Even a rough idea like "I want this kind of vibe" or "I want it to match the artist's aesthetic" is completely fine!

STEP 2: Consultation & Proposal
Based on your desired image, concept, and information about the recipient, we will propose a design plan and an estimate.
We can also create completely original designs based on photos or sketches.
We will work with you to finalize every detail, including flower types, colors, balloons, and panel designs.

STEP 3: Production Begins
Based on your order, our dedicated florists will put their hearts into creating your arrangement.
We work with great attention to detail to ensure the final result matches your vision.

STEP 4: Delivery & Setup
Our staff will deliver the arrangement directly to the specified date, time, and venue, and handle the setup.
We will also send you photos after the setup is complete.

STEP 5: Removal
Our staff will handle the collection responsibly.
