STEP 1 Consultation & Inquiry

It is perfectly fine if you don't have a clear image yet or if this is your first time ordering.
Our staff will carefully guide you through the process.

Having photos, sketches, or reference images ready will allow us to provide more specific suggestions smoothly.
Even vague ideas like "a look like this" or "I want to match the artist's aesthetic" are welcome!

STEP 2 Consultation & Proposal
Based on your desired image, concept, and information about the recipient, we will propose a design and provide an estimate.
We also support completely original designs based on your photos or sketches.
We will work with you to refine every detail, from flower types and colors to balloons and panel designs.

STEP 3 Production
Based on your order details, our dedicated florists will create your arrangement with the utmost care.
We meticulously craft every detail to ensure the finished product matches your vision.

STEP 4 Delivery & Setup
Our staff will personally deliver the arrangement to your specified venue and date, and handle the setup.
We will also send you a photo after the setup is complete.

STEP 5 Collection
Our staff will take responsibility for collecting the stand.
