STEP 1: Consultation & Inquiry
Please feel free to contact us first via our official LINE account.
It is perfectly fine if you don't have a clear image yet or if this is your first time ordering.
Our dedicated staff will guide you through the process.

Providing photos, sketches, or reference images will allow us to provide more specific and smooth proposals.
Even rough ideas like "this kind of image" or "I want to match the artist's aesthetic" are welcome!

STEP 2: Hearing & Proposal
Based on your desired image, concept, and information about the recipient, we will propose a design plan and estimate.
We also provide fully original designs based on your photos or sketches.
We will work with you to finalize every detail, including flower types, colors, balloons, and panel designs.

STEP 3: Start of Production
Based on your order, our dedicated florist will put their heart and soul into creating your arrangement.
We craft every detail with care to ensure the final result matches your vision.

STEP 4: Delivery & Setup
Our staff will personally deliver the arrangement to your specified date, time, and venue and handle the setup.
We will also send you a photo after the setup is complete.

STEP 5: Collection
Our staff will take responsibility for the collection.
