It is perfectly fine if you don't have a firm image yet or if this is your first time ordering.
Our staff will carefully listen to your needs.

Having photos, sketches, or reference images ready will allow us to provide more concrete suggestions smoothly.
General ideas like "I want this kind of look" or "I want to match the aesthetic of this artist" are also welcome!

STEP 2　Consultation & Proposal
Based on your desired image, concept, and information about the recipient, we will propose a design plan and estimate.
We can also create completely original designs based on your photos or sketches.
We will work with you to finalize every detail, including flower types, colors, balloons, and panel designs.

STEP 3　Production
Based on your order, our dedicated florists will create your arrangement with great care.
We will meticulously craft every detail to ensure the final result matches your vision.

STEP 4　Delivery & Setup
Our staff will deliver the arrangement directly to the specified venue and handle the setup.
We will also send you photos after the setup is complete.

STEP 5　Collection
Our staff will take full responsibility for collecting the stands.
