Don't worry if you don't have a clear idea or if this is your first time ordering.
Our staff will carefully guide you through the process.

Providing photos, sketches, or reference images will help us offer more concrete suggestions more smoothly.
Even vague ideas like "I want something like this" or "I want to match the artist's aesthetic" are perfectly fine!

STEP 2: Discussion & Proposal
Based on your desired image, concept, and information about the recipient, we will propose a design plan and an estimate.
We also provide fully original designs based on your photos or sketches.
We will work with you to finalize every detail, including flower types, colors, balloons, and panel designs.
