STEP 1 Consultation & Inquiry
Please feel free to contact us first via our Official LINE.
It's perfectly fine if you don't have a clear idea yet or if it's your first time ordering.
Our staff will carefully listen to your requirements.

Providing photos, sketches, or reference images will allow for smoother and more specific proposals.
Even rough ideas like "I want something like this" or "I want to match the artist's aesthetic" are welcome!

STEP 2 Hearing & Proposal
Based on your desired image, concept, and information about the recipient, we will propose a design plan and an estimate.
We can also create completely original designs based on your photos or sketches.
We will work with you to finalize every detail, from the types of flowers and colors to balloon and panel designs.

STEP 3 Production
Based on your order details, a dedicated florist will craft your arrangement with care.
We pay meticulous attention to every detail to ensure the final product matches your vision.

STEP 4 Delivery & Setup
Our staff will deliver the arrangement directly to the specified date, time, and venue, and handle the setup.
We will also send you a photo of the arrangement after it has been set up.

STEP 5 Removal
Our shop staff will handle the removal of the stand responsibly.
