Please feel free to contact us via our official LINE account first.
It's perfectly fine if you don't have a solid image yet or if this is your first time ordering.
Our staff will carefully guide you through the process.

Having photos, sketches, or reference images ready will allow for a smoother and more concrete proposal.
Even a rough idea like "I want this kind of image" or "I want it to match the world of this artist" is welcome!

STEP 2: Consultation & Proposal
Based on your desired image, concept, and information about the recipient, we will propose a design and provide a quote.
We also handle fully original designs based on photos or sketches.
We will work with you to refine every detail, from flower types and colors to balloons and panel designs.

STEP 3: Production
Based on your order, our dedicated florists will craft your arrangement with care.
We will meticulously create it to ensure it matches your vision perfectly.

STEP 4: Delivery & Set-up
Our staff will deliver the arrangement directly to the specified venue at the scheduled time and set it up for you.
We will also send you photos after it has been set up.
