[Order Process]
STEP 1: Consultation and Inquiry
Please feel free to contact us via our Official LINE to get started.
It is perfectly fine if you don't have a clear image yet or if this is your first time ordering.
Our staff will be happy to guide you through the process.

Having photos, sketches, or reference images ready will allow us to provide more specific suggestions smoothly.
Even a rough idea, like "I want something with this kind of vibe" or "I want it to match this artist's aesthetic," is perfectly okay!

STEP 2: Hearing and Proposal
Based on your desired image, concept, and information about the recipient, we will propose a design plan and an estimate.
We can also create completely original designs based on your photos or sketches.
We will work with you to finalize every detail, including flower types, colors, balloons, and panel designs.

STEP 3: Production
Based on your order, our dedicated florist will create your arrangement with the utmost care.
We will craft it down to the smallest detail to ensure it perfectly matches your vision.

STEP 4: Delivery and Setup
Our staff will personally deliver the arrangement to the specified venue and handle the setup.
We will also send you photos once the installation is complete.

STEP 5: Removal
Our shop staff will handle the removal responsibly.
