STEP 1: Consultation and Inquiry

It is perfectly fine if you don't have a clear idea yet or if this is your first time.
Our staff will carefully listen to your needs.

Providing photos, sketches, or reference images will allow us to offer more specific proposals smoothly.
Even rough ideas like "I want this kind of feel" or "I want to match the aesthetic of this artist" are okay!

STEP 2: Hearing and Proposal
Based on your desired image, concept, and information about the recipient, we will propose a design plan and an estimate.
We can also create completely original designs based on your photos or sketches.
We will work closely with you to finalize every detail, including flower types, colors, balloons, and panel designs.

STEP 3: Production Begins
Based on your order, our dedicated florists will craft your arrangement with care.
We pay meticulous attention to detail to ensure the final result matches your vision.

STEP 4: Delivery and Setup
Our staff will personally deliver and set up your arrangement at the specified date, time, and venue.
We will also send you photos of the setup after it is complete.

STEP 5: Collection
Our staff will take responsibility for collecting the stand afterward.
