STEP 1 Consultation & Inquiry
Please feel free to contact us first via our Official LINE.
It is perfectly fine if you do not have a concrete image or if it is your first time ordering.
Our staff will carefully listen to your needs.

Providing photos, sketches, or reference images will allow for smoother and more specific proposals.
Even a rough idea, such as "I want this kind of image" or "I want to match the artist's aesthetic," is perfectly fine!

STEP 2 Hearing & Proposal
Based on your desired image, concept, and information about the recipient, we will propose a design and provide a quote.
We also handle fully original designs based on photos or sketches.
We will work with you to finalize every detail, including flower types, colors, balloons, and panel designs.

STEP 3 Production
Once the order is finalized, our dedicated florists will create your arrangement with the utmost care.
We will craft it meticulously to ensure the final result matches your vision.

STEP 4 Delivery & Installation
Our staff will deliver the arrangement directly to the specified venue and handle the installation.
We will also send you photos after the installation is complete.

STEP 5 Removal
Our staff will handle the removal responsibly.
