STEP 1　Consultation & Inquiry

It is perfectly fine if you don't have a concrete image yet or if this is your first time ordering.
Our staff will carefully guide you through the process.

Providing photos, sketches, or reference images will help us make more specific suggestions smoothly.
Even rough ideas like "something with this vibe" or "matching the aesthetic of this artist" are perfectly fine!

STEP 2　Consultation & Proposal
Based on your desired image, concept, and information about the recipient, we will propose a design plan and an estimate.
We can also create completely original designs based on your photos or sketches.
We will work closely with you to finalize every detail, including flower types, colors, balloons, and panel designs.

STEP 3　Production
Based on your order, our dedicated florists will craft your arrangement with care.
We will work meticulously on every detail to ensure the final result matches your vision.

STEP 4　Delivery & Setup
Our staff will deliver the flowers directly to your specified venue on the scheduled date and time, and handle the setup.
We will also send you photos of the completed setup.

STEP 5　Collection
Our staff will responsibly collect the arrangement after the event.
