STEP 1 Consultation & Inquiry

It is perfectly fine if you don't have a clear idea yet or if this is your first time ordering.
Our staff will be happy to guide you through the process.

Having photos, sketches, or reference images ready will allow us to provide more concrete and smooth suggestions.
Even a rough idea, such as "I'd like an image like this" or "I want to match the aesthetic of this artist," is perfectly fine!

STEP 2 Hearing & Proposal
Based on your desired image, concept, and details about the recipient, we will propose a design plan and estimate.
We can accommodate fully original designs based on your photos or sketches.
We will work with you to refine every detail, from flower types and colors to balloons and panel designs.

STEP 3 Production
Based on your order details, our dedicated florists will craft your arrangement with the utmost care.
We work meticulously to ensure the final result matches your vision.

STEP 4 Delivery & Setup
Our staff will personally deliver the arrangement to your specified venue and handle the setup.
We will also send you photos once it has been set up.

STEP 5 Collection
Our shop staff will take responsibility for collecting the stand after the event.
