・We do not ship or deliver balloons by themselves. Please order in combination with a photo spot, floral stand, or flower arrangement.
・Due to the nature of balloons, float time and condition may vary based on temperature, humidity, air conditioning, and installation environment.
・Depending on lighting conditions and monitor settings, the actual colors may differ slightly from the product photos.
・Some venues prohibit the use or installation of helium balloons or floating items. Please be sure to check the regulations of your event and venue before placing your order.
・Balloons are sensitive to wind, temperature, and weather, so we generally recommend indoor use.
・Due to inventory and procurement conditions, balloon colors, shapes, and specifications may be subject to change. While we may not be able to provide an identical item to the one in the photos, we will ensure it matches the overall style and color theme.
