Information regarding the panels
Regarding panels to be placed with standing flower arrangements, you may either bring your own panel or provide us with the data for us to produce it.
As the handling method and fees vary depending on the type of panel, please check the details below.

About standard panels (styrene boards)
For standard panels, you can either submit your data electronically or send/bring the physical panels to us.
For Data Submission
【Supported Sizes】
・A3 (297mm x 420mm)
・A4 (210mm x 297mm)
*We do not perform cutting as a general rule.
*Sizes larger than A3, life-size panels, and panels requiring cut-outs cannot be processed via data submission; please send or bring these physical panels to us instead.
【Data Creation Guidelines】
・Resolution: 300dpi or higher recommended
・For A3 size: approx. 3508 x 4961px
・For A4 size: approx. 2480 x 3508px
【How to Submit Data】
・Please use a file storage service such as GigaFile Bin.
・Supported file formats: JPEG / PNG / PDF, etc.
*If sending image data via LINE, please use PDF or PNG format. Other formats may be automatically resized or compressed during transmission, which could affect the print quality. Please be aware of this in advance.
【Panel Production Fees】
・Panel production fee via data submission: 3,300 yen (tax included)
【Important Notes】
・We do not return panels produced via data submission (where print-ready data is provided).
・If the data is incomplete, we may not be able to complete production on time. Please ensure you verify your content thoroughly before submission.
For Mailing or Dropping Off
For sizes larger than A3, life-size panels, and panels requiring cut-outs, please mail or bring the finished panels to our location.

【Delivery Deadline】
Please arrange for arrival at least one week before the scheduled delivery date.
【Installation Fees】
・Installation fee for provided panels (mailed or dropped off): 1,100 yen (tax included)
*If installing multiple small panels, please consult with us in advance as fees may vary depending on the details.
【Notes When Sending Panels】
When sending panels by mail or in person, please ensure the following information is clearly visible on the notes section, outer packaging, or shipping label:
・Delivery date
・Customer name (person who placed the order)
Without this information, we may be unable to identify the owner, which could lead to loss or mix-ups. Please note that our shop cannot be held responsible for loss or misdelivery resulting from a failure to include the delivery date or customer name.
About life-size cutouts
You are welcome to bring your own life-sized standee that you have produced and prepared yourself.
【Setup Fee】
・2,200 yen (tax included)
【Post-event Handling】
After the event, you must choose to either have the life-sized standee "returned" or "disposed of."
・Return handling fee: 1,650 yen (tax included)
・Shipping method: Payment on delivery (shipping costs to be covered by the customer)
・Disposal fee: 1,650 yen (tax included)
[Important Notes]
※If you are bringing your own life-sized standee, please ensure it is provided with a self-standing mount. Please be aware that if a stand is not provided or if the standee is unstable, we may refuse to set it up due to venue regulations and safety concerns.
※If you wish to have the item returned, please notify us no later than 3 days before the delivery date.
※If no notification for a return is provided in advance, the item will be disposed of after a 3-day storage period following the event. Please note that we cannot process returns after disposal.
Depending on the size, weight, and specifications, we may be unable to accommodate your request. Please consult with us in advance.
About acrylic panels
You may bring your own custom-made acrylic panels.
【Installation Fees】
・Up to A3 size: 1,100 JPY (tax included)
・Larger than A3 size: 2,200 JPY (tax included)
【Handling After Retrieval】
After the event, you must choose to either have the acrylic panel "returned" or "disposed of."
・Return fee: 1,650 JPY (tax included)
・Shipping method: Payment on delivery (shipping costs are the customer's responsibility)
・Disposal fee: 1,650 JPY (tax included)
【Regarding Acrylic Panels with Neon Lights】
・Only USB-powered or battery-operated types are accepted.
・AC outlet-powered types cannot be supported.
・Please check with the venue directly regarding whether neon light decorations are permitted.
*Even if you have confirmed with the venue in advance, installation may be declined on the day based on the event's operational status or the venue's discretion. In such cases, the venue's decision will take precedence.
【Notes】
*Please ensure you declare the panel dimensions (height/width) in advance.
*Fastening tools may be used during installation.
*We will make every effort to make the fastening tools as inconspicuous as possible, but they cannot be made completely invisible.
*If you have a preferred installation location, please consult with us in advance.
*We may be unable to accept heavy items or acrylic panels with special shapes. Please be sure to consult with us regarding size and specifications beforehand. Additionally, for safety reasons, we may decline installation after receiving the item.
Regarding the return of the panels
If you would like your panels returned, please notify us when placing your order or no later than 3 days prior to the delivery date.
・1 package: 1,650 yen (tax included)
・2 or more packages: Number of packages × 1,650 yen (tax included)
・Shipping method: Cash on delivery (shipping costs to be paid by the customer)
[Important Notes]
・For panel production using submitted data (provided as final, ready-to-print files), we do not offer return services.
・If we are not notified of your request for return in advance, items will be held for 3 days after collection before being disposed of. Please note that we cannot return items after they have been disposed of.
・Due to the nature of use at live events, we may be unable to return items if they are lost, stolen, taken home, or removed by venue staff or event organizers after installation.
・During the post-event removal, transport, and shipping processes, panels, decorations, and personal items may sustain damage, creases, or stains due to contact or loading conditions. We do not provide any guarantees regarding the condition of returned items.
・Returns are only possible if the panels, decorations, and personal items are still present at the time of collection. We cannot return items that cannot be verified at the time of collection due to loss, theft, etc.
・If we are unable to return items because they could not be verified at the time of collection due to loss, theft, etc., we will refund any return fees already paid.
・Any damage or loss occurring during transit after shipment is managed by the shipping carrier; please contact the shipping carrier directly. Please be aware that our shop cannot provide any guarantees or compensation.
・If permitted by the venue or event organizers, please also consider taking the items home yourself.
・Items can only be returned to the address of the person who placed the order. We cannot accept requests to ship to third parties or to addresses other than the one registered at the time of order to prevent shipping issues and discrepancies in delivery information.
