STEP 1 Consultation & Inquiry
Please feel free to contact us via our official LINE account or inquiry form to get started.
Don't worry if you don't have a clear idea or if this is your first time—our staff will be happy to guide you through the process.

Having photos, sketches, or reference images ready will help us provide more concrete proposals. Even a rough idea like "something like this" or "I want to match the artist's aesthetic" is perfectly fine!

STEP 2 Hearing & Proposal
Based on your desired image, concept, and details about the recipient, we will provide a design proposal and a price quote. We can also create fully original designs based on your photos or sketches.
We will work closely with you to finalize every detail, including flower types, colors, balloons, and panel designs.

STEP 3 Production
Once your order is confirmed, our dedicated florists will create your arrangement with the utmost care. We pay close attention to every detail to ensure the final result matches your vision.

STEP 4 Delivery & Installation
Our staff will deliver the arrangement directly to your specified venue and handle the installation. We will also send you a photo once it has been set up.

STEP 5 Collection & After-Sales Support
For items that require collection, our staff will take responsibility for retrieving them. Feedback and consultations for future orders are always welcome.
